This page explains how Yates Media Ltd ("we", "us") handles information when you visit yatesmedialtd.com.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not store the details you type into the contact form. Pressing "Send enquiry" opens your own email app with your message filled in; nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in the message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together.

Services that load with this site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@yatesmedialtd.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
